oodash Group AB (publ) (“oodash” or “the Company”) announced on August 30, 2024 that the Company's board, with the support of the authorization from the continuing annual general meeting on July 31, 2024, decided on a set-off issue and a cash issue. The Swedish Companies Registration Office has today registered both new issues. Total issue amount in the new issues amounts to approximately SEK 92 million with a subscription price of SEK 162 per share, corresponding to a premium of approximately 2,471 percent compared to the closing price on the Nasdaq First North Growth Market on August 29, 2024.

The share issues in brief
Investors participating in the issues included the PatentPool Group, the Lederer family, Hasan Brazzo Salihamidzic, B1 Systems, the Frey family and the Bergenroth family. The subscription price was SEK 162 per share, corresponding to a premium of approximately 2,471 percent compared to the closing price on the Nasdaq First North Growth Market on August 29, 2024. In total, the number of shares in the Company increases by 568,854, from 2,816,400 to 3,385,254 shares, and the share capital increases by SEK 5,688,540, from SEK 28,164 000 to SEK 33,852,540, which resulted in a dilution effect for existing shareholders of approximately 20.2 percent. The company's post-money valuation is thus calculated at approximately SEK 550 million.
