EPTI AB (publ) ("EPTI" or the "Company") announces today that Robert Lindholm has been appointed as the new CFO, taking office in the third quarter of 2023. Robert Lindholm succeeds Adam Bäckström, who will leave the post on June 30, 2023. Adam Bäckström will transition to an advisory role for EPTI's management when Robert Lindholm has taken over. Adam Bäckström has been the Company's CFO since December 2021 and was previously CFO at Invajo Technologies AB as EPTI through a so-called reverse acquisition acquired during the end of 2021.

Robert Lindholm is an authorized accounting consultant and certified business advisor and currently works at Klara Consulting. During the period 2017-2021, Robert was CFO at EPTI and is the founder of JL Ekonomi AB, which in 2021 was sold to Klara Consulting. Furthermore, Robert will be a member of EPTI’s senior management.
