EPTI AB (publ) acquires a significant majority of the shares in the mobility company Linky Tech AB, which provides a B2B2C Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS). The solution enables smooth parking and ev-charging through a seamless interface and first-class user experience. The acquisition complements EPTI's portfolio with another PaaS company in a rapidly growing industry.

Linky Tech AB's unique Platform-as-a-Service solution, Linky, enables companies, operators and landowners to easily manage, maintain and handle payments for their parking and charging stations. The product is completely web-based, which enables an app- and account-free solution without the requirement for registration. Bookings will be made via an URL or QR-code.

The parties have agreed not to disclose the terms for the transaction. Following the completion of the acquisition, EPTI's number of portfolio companies amounts to 27, of which 17 are majority-owned.
